Beginning on Wednesday, February 4, 2026, the following permits will be available for purchase in the Town Clerk's Office at the Marion Town House Annex, 14 Barnabas Road:

• Marion Resident Beach/Parking Permits

• Marion Resident Transfer Station Permits

• Marion Resident Guest Passes

• Marion Shellfish Licenses

They will no longer be available at the Harbormaster Building.

Beach/Parking Privilege Stickers

• Cost: $10 per sticker during the first week of January.
• Residents age 70 or older will receive ONE sticker at no charge.
• Vehicle registrations are required for every sticker.
• Proof of residency is required if a Marion address is not shown on the registration.
• Stickers must be placed on the front, lower left corner of the driver’s side windshield.
• Stickers are valid only for the vehicle to which they are issued and are not transferable.
• Note: The Beach/Parking Privilege Sticker is not valid at the Marion Transfer Station on Benson Brook Road.

Transfer Station Stickers

• Required for access to the Transfer Station.
• Cost: $50
• Reduced rate: $40 for residents age 70+ and Military Veterans.
• Valid January 1 through December 31.

Guest Passes

• Limit: One per household.
• Fee: $35.
• Available to property owners only, with proof of residence.
• Quantities are limited — first come, first served.
