Mission Statement

The Marion Recreation Department seeks to provide a wide range of leisure and recreational opportunities in an effort to enhance the quality of life for all Marion residents, and the surrounding community, by fostering positive physical, social, and emotional experiences. Marion Recreation will provide safe, attractive, and well-maintained facilities, preserve and protect physical and natural resources, and promote happy and healthy living for residents of all ages.
