A Street Opening permit. is required for any proposed work to be completed within the paved surface of a public way. The permit application must be completed and submitted to the DPW for review and approval prior to the start of work. A $75.00 permit application fee will be charged.
Please note: No work will be permitted within the paved surface of a public way between November 15th and April 1st of any year without written consent from the DPW.
