The Zoning Board of Appeals has the responsibility under Chapter 40A of the Massachusetts General Laws to act as the Town's Special Permit Granting Authority in matters concerning the application or interpretation of the Town's Zoning By-Laws. The application fee is $300 for each: Special Permit, Variance or to seek relief from an action or refusal to act by the Building Inspector.
