Silvershell Beach

Silvershell Beach is located at the end of Front Street. This beach is open to Marion and Rochester residents with required privilege sticker.Enforcement is strictly enforced. Privilege stickers are available at your respective Town Hall Office. In Marion, you may purchase your privilege sticker at the Marion Harbormaster office at the Marion Town House.  Seasonal lifeguards are on duty from Mid to Late June – August. 

Silvershell Beach has a playground and  basketball court.

Planting Island
 

This is a narrow rocky beach located on Planting Island Road. No lifeguards on duty. Please be respectful to the neighbors. 
This beach is for Marion Residents Only. A resident permit is required and parking is limited.

Beach at Oakdale Avenue

This is a small beach located at the end of Oakdale Avenue. No lifeguards on duty. Please be respectful to the neighbors.
