DUE TO THE COVID-19 STATE OF EMERGENCY WE HAVE MOVED THE HARBOR PERMIT INVOICE DUE DATE

FROM MAY 15, 2020 TO JUNE 15, 2020.

LATE FEES WILL GO INTO EFFECT ON JUNE 16, 2020. 

If you have already paid your Harbor Permit invoice, the mooring, berth and rack stickers will be mailed out as soon as possible. Please be advised that we are unable to send stickers if you have overdue taxes or if your inspection is overdue. Any questions please email dhemphill@marionma.gov or iperry@marionma.gov.

All requests for Shellfish Licenses must be emailed to dhemphill@marionma.gov. Proof of residency is required as stated in the regulations. Check made out to Town of Marion and mailed to 2 Spring Street, Marion, MA 02738. A Permit Number will be assigned to you via email. Once the building is reopened to the public the permit holder may pick up the physical Shellfish Button. Any questions please email dhemphill@marionma.gov
