Meditation is a natural and effective way of quieting the mind. It can lower blood pressure and reduce everyday stress. With practice students report more peace and ease in their lives. All beginners to well established students of meditation are welcome. Susan Pisapia has been a teacher of meditation for 25 years, and is trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Induction and various forms of meditation including Zen and Centering Prayer.
