PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASANT STREET & CONVERSE ROAD WATER MAIN CONSTRUCTION
MARION DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS
The Marion Department of Public Works will begin a water main improvement project on Pleasant Street from Main Street to Converse Road and on Converse Road from Clark Street to the end of the public way at Moorings Road on or about Monday, April 26, 2010. Motorists can expect delays while traveling through the construction area and should seek alternate routes. Water customers in and around the construction area may experience interruptions in water service and/or discolariton of water. Advance notice of planned dwater service shut-downs will be provided to residents; however, unannounced disruptions due to main breaks may occur. Every effort will be made to minimize inconvenience to customers and motorists. If you experience rusty water, please run your cold water faucet until it clears.
