Meter readings are due twice a year, once in April and once in October. The consumption periods are November 1st through April 30th (bills will be sent out in May) and May 1st through October 31st (bills will be sent out in November).
All charges are due and payable 30 days from the original billing date. Delinquent accounts are subject to a $10.00 demand fee and interest of 14% per annum will be calculated daily until full payment is received.
